Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery We ship from Germany. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to follow your delivery.
Delays While we always aim to deliver on time, occasional delays can occur due to high demand or carrier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
